Privacy Policy

The short version: your denial is your business. This site is built so that the sensitive parts of your situation stay on your device.

Anonymous by default. Every tool on this site works without an account. Your wizard answers are saved in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers.

Letter text. If you paste denial letter text for automatic reading, it is sent once for extraction, processed in memory, and not stored. If automatic reading is unavailable, your text never leaves the page. Uploaded documents, when that feature ships, will be encrypted in your browser before any transfer, with a key only you hold.

What we do keep. Anonymized, non-identifying event counts (which denial reasons and plan types people look up) to understand what to build next. No names, no diagnoses, no letter content.

Payments. Stripe processes payments; we never see your card number. Payment records are kept as required for accounting and refunds.

Email. If you ask for something by email, we use your address for that purpose and any reminders you opted into. No PHI goes into email bodies. Unsubscribe anytime.
