Corrections Policy

If a source, number, scope label, citation, or explanation is wrong, we want the report and enough evidence to reproduce it.

Report an issue

Send the following to data@coverage-rights.com:

  • the Coverage Rights page URL;
  • the exact statement, table row, or number at issue;
  • the public source that supports the correction; and
  • a short explanation of the expected change.

Do not email denial letters, medical records, or other sensitive health information. Use the product-support channel for purchase or delivery questions.

How corrections are handled

We compare the report with the cited source and reproduce the relevant calculation when one is involved. If a correction is warranted, we update the affected page or dataset. Material changes to a published figure, reporting scope, source attribution, or editorial conclusion are eligible for a dated notice on this page.

Spelling, grammar, formatting, and link repairs that do not change meaning may be fixed without a separate notice. Disagreement with a source’s published result is preserved as source context rather than silently rewritten as fact.

Public correction notices

No material correction notices have been posted on this page yet.
