About Coverage Rights

Coverage Rights turns public health-insurance denial records and appeal rules into practical, patient-side research and self-help tools.

What we publish

We compile insurer-published prior-authorization disclosures, published external-review decisions, and primary appeal authorities. Public pages show the reporting year, population or plan scope, methodology notes, and links back to the underlying source wherever available.

The public research tools are free. Coverage Rights also sells optional, one-time appeal-document packages. A purchase does not create an attorney–client or provider–patient relationship, and no result is guaranteed.

Who is responsible for the site

Coverage Rights is the publisher and service name shown on this site. Coverage Rights is not an insurer, regulator, law firm, or medical practice. We do not invent named experts, credentials, customer stories, or outcome claims to market the product.

Our editorial rules are public, our compiled datasets are downloadable, and we provide dedicated channels for corrections, privacy requests, and product support.
